My question is ,her 20th birthday is coming and what would you recommend giving her as a starter gift towards baking? Just last Friday, 3/28, in my comment to your blog on the 3 French Chefs show, I suggested that you might consider featuring some of the great restaurants and places of interest in the Bedford/Katonah area, such as La Cremaillere and Bedford Village Pastry on your show. Boy that was quick! I'll have to get to Myong for lunch someday soon. The photos are fantastic and the menu on their website looks innovative and delicious. I especially like that some of their items have an emphasis on "gluten-free". I usually bring dessert to our family get togethers. My brother has a gluten allergy and sometimes it's difficult to come up with something he can eat that appeals to everyone else, as well.
