We have a small yard and because our soil is not great we usually use pots of different sizes to grow flowers, and usually flat leaf parsley. We usually put a couple tomato plants and sweet peppers in the ground and they do well. I bought my first lavender plant, not the herb, the perennial.. and wondered if it winters over in the pot with lots of mulch will it be okay next spring? I can put the pot in an unheated garage.
