I had to comment on today's show wher you introduced us to your newest kitty, snowflake. He seemed so unhappy trying to get him out of the kennel. Please try a top load kennel for your cats in and out is so much easier. I am the Director of Product Development at Petmate and have been in this business for 22 years and counting. Topload is easy to get kitty out of and use for simple vet treatments without removing kitty. I prefer the front door for loading on most cats; place them rear-towards-the-door and touch their nose. They naturally back up and presto, they are in quickly. If you would like to try a top load, please let me know I would be happy to send you one.
