I recently went to Le Cirque with my husband. We had a wonderful time! We felt like royalty; everyone was so professional and gracious.

My husband had the filet mignon, and I had the lobster risotto...superb! I asked for the wine list and was handed large book that contained a list of a thousand of the finest wines ranging in price from $200 a bottle to $2500.

Another highlight for me was having my photo taken with Sirio Maccioni. : )

Next time we are in New York we will definitely return to Le Cirque to create more special memories.

You look so summer in light clothing. Must wear dark in New York I would guess.

Food in New York is awesome no doubt. I ate at Windows on the World, The 21 Club, Tavern on the Green and The Plaza Hotel. All were awesome. But you can never go back to some of the old restaurants. Where are the old chefs. Did some go to other restaurants and other cities??

You are fantastic Martha and I admire you greatly. Le Cirque, not so much. When I used to live in NYC, I dined there and found it to be a little uptight and more than a little pretentious. I prefer more relaxed real places. But we all enjoy different things, so am happy others find pleasure in it,

Let's see...You, then Paul Begala, Rachel Maddow, James Carville, Bill Clinton, Brad Pitt (sorry Angelina you have to stay home!), Judge Judy and maybe Whoopi Goldberg if we had room. Oh and also Matt Frei from the BBC. I really like him. I crave a lively discussion that goes late into the evening with oodles of those desserts. Mmmmm!

My diner at LeCirque would include Nathan Lane,Carol Burnett, the Obamas, Betty White
and my friends Val and Joyce - just to be there
to dine with these wonderful and funny people.
You would be at everyone's table but would love to stop by and say Hi. If we could include everyone I would ask my mom and your mom . . . they would think it was a hoot!! Thanks Martha for a few minutes of fantasy.

Wow, Dinner at Le Cirque!!

I would have to invite David Monn, Martha Stewart, Colin Cowie, David Tutera, Preston Bailey, David Beahm, Diann Valentine, Mindy Weiss and everyone else with awesome decorating skills for parties!

I would want to hear all about their newest design ideas to incorporate into my new wedding business.
I am almost ready to open my new career of creating platinum plus weddings for only $10k for 100 guests and $17k for 200 guests.

For the past year I have been designing a lot of my own centerpieces and platinum Manzanita/crystal trees and chair jewelry. Each wedding will have a gorgeous over-the-top candy buffet station and a fun photo lounge.
Have you seen many fabulous weddings at this price level?

As long as this is "make believe" I guess I would have to chose the actor Patrick Stewart. I always have thought him a fascinating man and an excellent actor. He has such a presense, which I'm sure can be attributed to his theatre career. A woman can dream, can't she!
