Dearest Martha - I have been watching you for many, many years. During my most troubled times I found your show refocused my energy and sort of brought me back to life.

But, the reason for this comment - very recently I lost my "William" - a tan tabby of 19 years - it just wasn't long enough. I feel like I have lost my oldest, dearest and best friend.

As strange as it sounds, your show is like therapy for me and in more ways than one, it grounds me. Your contribution to people's lives is invaluable not only in the information you offer but in the inspiration YOU give -

Keeping you in my prayers and all my wishes for blessings.

Hi Martha,

My condolences on the loss of your beloved Mozart. The pictures you showed of him are beautiful. He was so lucky to have you as an
owner and to have so many animal companions. I'm
sure he is now over the Rainbow Bridge to keep PawPaw company.

Sincerely,

Lisa LeBrecht

Mozart was a beautiful cat. I am really sorry for your loss. Last year my himalayan cat, Fiona, suddenly died. I did some research and learned of a breeder in Connecticut. I am just curious. I recently acquired two new cats from Jo Ubogy. My cats, in my opinion, are beautiful. She told me that you purchased a number of your cats from her. I saw one of your cats in your magazine that looks so much like my Saschi. I would really be amazed and proud if my new cat, or cats, were somehow related to your current cat(s).

So sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved Mozart. When you lose a pet its as if you have lost a family member. I lost my cat a few years back. His name was Tar Baby and he was 18 when he passed. I still miss him and have tried to get other cats but they just weren't the same. I have two dogs, one is 14 years old the is 3 years old. They are so much a part of my life. They are truly my best friends as I am sure Mozart was yours.

I was so sorry to hear about Mozart! Please accept my condolences! I know how you must be feeling now, because two years ago, I lost my Leo II, my Himalayan, to cancer; it was heartbreaking. I hope that he will be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge.

Dear Martha,

I am a fan of yours and since Paw Paw died, this is the next devastating news I have heard. Like everything else that we know, life is short. Even shorter for some pets. I hope you are ok.. Mozart is in a better place now.. How I miss my pet dogs, that died of old age and illness.

Regards,
Sarah

Martha:

I am sorry for your loss and heartache. We miss our animals so much that become such a special part of our families when they leave us behind--although we would do it again in a heartbeat despite that heartache. I wanted to let you know about something I tried when one of my rabbits passed away and the one left behind was so depressed that he would not eat. I was afraid we would lose him too. It was a natural flower essence product without any drugs or side effects called Crossed Over that I purchased at botanicalanimal.com and my rabbit was eating again in less than 24 hours. It was really easy too. I just put it in his water. I was so very thankful. I recommend it highly if any of your animals are feeling sad because of Mozart's departure. Thanks so much for sharing your personal stories.
