My daughters would adore these. Is there anyway at ALL to sub soy milk for the milk? Have you ever heard of a "soy cream"? A cholesterol free cream substitute?
These look lovely! I really enjoy serving individual desserts for a dinner party.

Hi Martha!
I cannot believe you are baking and entertaining just hours after a business trip to Toronto, Ontario, Canada for Canada Blooms annual garden show. I want to thank you for going out of your way to allow for me to take a picture of your boots! I was so nervous I only took one picture but then again I'm not the pushy sort. The picture is up on my wordpress blog in a story on shoes. http://bit.ly/cSX6YP Thank you very much!!! And about those caramel souffle...i would love to see something sweet drizzled over the top. I bet the evening was fabulous.
