Oh Martha!!!!!, I wish I could see your new shows, but, ALAS, ALAS!!!...I can't. Are they going to be on the web so people who don't have cable will be able to see them?
Gloria!!

We do not have cable/satellite. We just plug in our TV and whatever we get via AC/DC that is what we watch. I miss your show terribly and my day isn't complete. Will have to play catch up from my PC (which is slow), but I'm getting a new computer. And hopefully an IPad for my birthday even if I have to buy it myself. Good luck at Hallmark.

It's been great! When I want to sit down for a few minutes ... I've turned on the Hallmark channel and listen one of these programs and LEARN something!! I never turned on the Hallmark channel, but now it is 131.

No Hallmark Channel - No Martha !
Your website has too many short video clips - unfortunately some don`t play very nicely on my Macbook -Takes to much time to search, to many shows on TV - It`s overpowering - Back to the roots ....
"The Blog" is the best way to see what`s up... Love it !

I caught your premiere show on Monday. Looks like you'll do great as usual. On Monday's show I was amiss about Alexis and Jennifer on your show. Seemed like Jennifer did almost all the talking and Alexis needed to smile more and get that hair away from her beautiful face.
Can't wait to catch more of your shows as we get closer to the holidays.
Posted by: Jamie | September 16th, 2010 at 9:28 am
I'm so thrilled with the new show time and the channel. I live in Chattanooga, TN and last year our local station broadcast each show a day late. It was so frustrating to have a holiday show air the day after or weekend after the holiday!
I'm so looking forward to see what a new season will bring on your show! I teach about hospitality and I'm always jotting down information while watching your show.
Hopefully I can come see your show some time in the future. Best wishes for a Fantastic New Season!

I'm extremely disappointed with the move. Like many others, I don't have a full line-up cable plan so I don't receive Hallmark channel.

Hi Martha,
I loved the segment with Justin Long today - I like you being silly sometimes! It was very funny and entertaining and the lobster dish looked so doggone good. The facial exercises were also a riot – can’t wait to get started! I’ll do them as I walk around Costco! lol
~
The Hallmark lineup is great – I watch as many shows as I can but will have to mix them up daily. I caught The Whatever Girls yesterday with Carson Kressley – that guy is a riot. I thought he did great as a correspondent on your show a few years ago when you had the KB Home contest.
~
Keep up the great work Martha. It’s going to be a super season! Trish

Love, love, love Lucinda's "Mad Hungry" show. I really feel like I'm sitting in her kitchen, chatting while she's cooking. It's a hit at my house!!!

NOT EVERYONE GETS THE HALLMARK CHANNEL!!!

I'm so excited for all these shows. I set my DVR last week for at least three of the hallmark shows... Can't wait!
Posted by: Alli | September 16th, 2010 at 11:44 am
We don't subscribe to cable or satelite so we can no longer watch your show on tv. So I thought we could watch on your website but have noticed a few things that could use fixing:
1. would like to watch the whole show, not just clips
2. video very choppy and play back takes a looong time (your Youtube videos perform much better)
3. video cannot be displayed full screen
Posted by: Rebecca | September 16th, 2010 at 11:46 am
I'm in the same boat with Gloria and am sad about not being able to view your show on TV. I'm hoping that you will post shows in their entirety, not just clips, on the internet. Missing seeing your show.

Hi Martha, What a terrific subject for your fantastic blog! I can't thank you and MSLO enough for moving to the Hallmark Channel with your delightful programing during the daytime with special shows in the evenings! I think it's perfect and I will do my best to watch as much as possible everyday! What a great way to let others know where your wonderful programs are located so they can watch, too! Martha, thank you so very much-I truly love this! Jan

I guess you have to make do with what you can, even when it comes to TV channels... that a fraction of your audience gets. Too bad!
Posted by: Liz | September 16th, 2010 at 1:04 pm
I made a special upgrade to my satellite so I could have the Hallmark channel and I am loving it! There has not been any major changes to your show or set except one thing…YOU! You seem so relaxed, funnier, happy and full of more knowledge than ever. I would like to see you do some “field trips”. I love when you teach us about new places and products. If you would like to come to the West coast (Pasadena area) to film, you and the crew are welcomed to my home. You could use my garden ( which is completely bare! ) for a “How to” show. And maybe teach me how to make pierogi’s and other Polish food that I never learned how to make from my Busia. ( just a suggestion… Ok, dream! )
Congratulations on your new move to the Hallmark Channel Martha and Crew!

Hi Martha,
Thank you for the video clips HOWEVER, video and audio are breaking up because it is not down loading fast enough. I do watch other video's (such as Charlie Rose) and they are all OK. Please get your technical engineers to fix this problem. Thank you so much. This is the only way I (as well as others) can see your show.

Martha Can you please bring the Hallmark channel to Canada. So far I am unable to find it anywhere.
To bad. I am a long time fan.
Met you once while you were up in Canada many years ago.

I have enjoyed your show from the very beginning, but our internet service , AT&T U-verse has dropped the Hallmark Channel. I will miss seeing the high quality programming you have provided. I wish something could be worked our so that I could see your new season.
Posted by: Nancy Martin | September 16th, 2010 at 2:54 pm
So sorry to see you leave regular T.V. We do not purchase t.v. so no longer will be watching. So very sad to loose quality family programing from regular tv. In these economic times we feel that purchasing tv in not a wise use of our funds. The bonus is we are outside doing more and sitting less. Wish that you would reconsider this move. Used to arrange my schedule around your show even the nursing schedule of my babies lol. It was always a good time to sit for a few moments and relax. Missed you terribly when you were away for your "sebatical" but knew you would be back. A mom working from home will have to find something else to do with that hour. See you later old friend.

I was stuck without your show for 2 years because my local affiliates dropped it from their line-up. I am SOOOO excited to see you again, this time on Hallmark Channel. I'm very sorry for the people without cable or dish. I was in that boat myself. I guess you just can't make everyone happy at the same time. I wish it were possible. I am so glad to be seeing your show again. Life is GOOD!

I cannot find the Hallmark channel on my television anymore. I have AT&T U-Verse. We have always had it and since the new season has started I can't find it anymore. What am I to Do???
Posted by: Patricia Morgan | September 16th, 2010 at 5:27 pm
Love your shows, no matter where they are!!
One feature I enjoy, is when you go out and about in NYC. I love the energy, shopping, and seeing you among everyday people. Also, take more pictures when your out in the even. and show your fans on tv. Can't wait to see your show this Sun. "Woman who dress America"!!
Posted by: Phyllis Cloak | September 16th, 2010 at 5:33 pm
I'm missing the new line up soooo much as AT&T and Hallmark Channel are having difficulties. I hope they resolve soon! I'm really excited about Mad Hungry as I love that cookbook.

My kids are both away one in culinary school the other in Pharmacy school. I am a very proud single mom who put them through college, I went back to school myself and am now an ER nurse. When I was younger I watched your first videos over and over again. The ones where you taught how to score and prepare ham and you did the some great decorations in a wheelbarrow. Over the years as the kids were growing I had less and less time for me as it was just the kids and me and not much time to watch tv. Now I find myself with more free time and have been a bit down and really kind of lonely. What perfect timing I saw ads for your move to the Hallmark channel and ended up off the premier day. I spent the WHOLE DAY watching ! It was wonderful. What I love is that you obviously do your homework and are engaged in your subjects to the point of being really knowledgeable. Today I came home and saw the rerun of the Justin Long show and date night and the segment from ABC cooking, WONDERFUL, funny, educational a really relaxing way to spend my time off ! In addition your blog has inspired me to start taking pictures and I recently followed your directions and started my own to help fill my time with something meaningful to me. I will be taking more pics and doing more research for my blog and learning more from you. I truly have been in a funk for some weeks since the kids are now really grown and I am struggling for the first time with an ill parent. Your show and blog provide an entertaining and educational respite from my every day responsibilites to others. I decided today I'm going to save up for a dvr since I am not home at regular hours but you have given me a reason to look forward to being home again. Don't know if you read all your comments but would love you to see the blog you inspired I will give you the link. Nonetheless. Thank you for giving me a reason to look forward to my nights alone. Most Sincerely, Isabel
oh yes my blog http://isabel-muse.blogspot.com/, really, most sincere thanks, sometimes you don't know how you have touched peoples lives, I didn't even realize it until today, sometime when I have a day off maybe I will try to come to NY to see your show in person. Many, many thanks for your inspiration, you have unknowingly helped me to find more meaning and purpose in my own life at a difficult time.

I have thought for years that it would be wonderful to have the videos of the older shows shown again. They always had information that was valuable to everyday life with or without kids at home. Glad that you are bringing them back for all the younger ones to see their wisdom. Thanks ever so much!

Martha -- I love the Hallmark programming -- I am watching all of it - You, Alexis and Jennifer, and Lucinda plus an many extras as possible! Good luck for the season to MSLO!

Martha, I've watched your shows since I was first married 15 years ago. I've learned a lot, from cooking to decorating. I love everything you do! I just watched the date night segment and thought it was really good. It was nice and light and we get to see you in an informal setting, which I love! Can't wait for the next one.

I love "Mad Hungry". Lucinda is a natural on television and a very good teacher. As always, her recipes and presentation are accessible. It is fun to see her son who is endearing and charming. Thirty minutes is the perfect length for this type of show.

I am seriously considering upgrading from basic cable to more channels so I can watch you on Hallmark. My basic doesn't have that one. I need my Martha Fix.....Good luck !!!

I live in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and would like to know what channel is the Hallmark channel here? How can I find your show?
Posted by: Enid Lehmann | September 17th, 2010 at 12:35 pm
Martha, I am devastated. I am faithful fan of your show, but due to some disagreement between AT&T and Hallmark, AT&T does not carry Hallmark in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. So none of us "Uverse" (AT&T) internet TV customers can receive your show. There must be thousands of us. What do I do now? I think we are locked into some contract with them. If I had known all this, I never would have gone with AT&T. Please help us! Penny

I am just loving all your new programs on the Hallmark channel. I happened upon "Whatever" this past Tuesday and I am hooked! You give me a days worth of positive programing and learning something new at every turn. Thank you so much!

Martha,
I was able to tune into the Hallmark Channel on Thursday afternoon and watch "From Martha's Kitchen." Folling the show, I went to the Hallmark Channel to get a recipe. I didn't know I needed to write down the recipes as the show went along. I am very frustrated by the Hallmark website. It is very difficult to get to the recipes for the shows and when FINALLy , by chance, you get a list of recipes, alas, the one you are looking for is not included nor is it on the Martha Stewart website. I am looking for the Savory French Toast as well as others. Can you tell me what is going to be done to remedy this? thank you, Marily

Hi Martha, Just wanted to say I really like the new, sometimes de-constructed nature of The Martha Show. Your segments are less 'stuffy', more fun and personable and still convey the message you have always sent. However, the Whatever gals need 'something'. One hosts' morose nature is off-putting to say the least. Just my two cents.

Hi Martha!
I was at the taping on TUE. I had a blast. I have been to may show tapings and your show is a class act. From pleasant folks doing the check in to clean bathrooms, water and comfy chair, an A plus.
Thanks for the goody bag and the memories!
Well done.

Martha! We think you're so great and as one of the original radio show listeners, I really love Alexis and Jennifer's new TV show too! I bet you're proud because they are doing such a great job!
Too bad for those who do not get the Hallmark channel but if I didn't get it, I can say it's definitely worth the investment to not miss out on your new lineup of shows!
BTW how are the horses? We have Freisians here in the Seattle area too! They are absolute show stoppers! Such beauty with the personality of big puppies. Best wishes to you!

I am a longtime fan from Canada as well, and am very disappointed that we can no longer receive your show, as we do not receive the Hallmark Channel here. I've written the Cable company and other stations to see if they can put on your show, to no avail.
It's too bad, as I believe your audience will drastically be reduced.

Martha, I am sooooo sad that I can't see your new season!! I LOVE the show and everything you do!! I have ATT U-verse in Dallas, TX and they can not seem to reach a deal with Hallmark, therefore I do not recieve The Hallmark channel currently. Please, Please, Please put some pressure on Hallmark to reach a deal with AT&T, because I really miss the show! I would have loved to see the special on Sunday night with Tory Burch, DVF, etc.
Sincerely,
Beth (a very loyal super fan of yours)

Hi Martha, I am so glad that you changed to the Hallmark Channel. The network you were on last year was didn't show your shows during the week they showed them on the weekend so every weekend I had to record them. It's so nice be able to watch your show on a daily basis. I also drive my husband nuts by buying your stuff, especially your product for cooking.

Hello There!
.
ARE THERE MARKETING STATS ON HOW MANY MARTHA SHOW VIEWERS HAVE BEEN LOST WHO DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO HALLMARK?
.
It seems some viewers feel they are being unconsidered by the change. Every viewer contributes so much to the market, it would be good, I'd think, to turn the 'following' loss around somehow.

Martha, very disappointment here in Australia we can no longer watch your show on our pay-tv. We could watch you on how-to channel but now hallmark has changed to universal channel here and you are not on. Sooooo upset. Can you play the whole show on the web not just clips- I love your show

Low ratings..."it's a good thing"....NOT!
I have been a faithful viewer of your show for at least 15 years. Since I cannot afford cable services to watch your shows on the Hallmark Channel, it's taken me two weeks to get adjusted to a new morning fix on a daily basis and I seem to have found other shows that have satisfied my needs.....hello Rachael Ray and Nate Berkus!
Posted by: Jonathan | September 23rd, 2010 at 10:29 pm
Sounds like there is no TV coverage via Hallmark in Canada, I can't believe you didn't realize this so does that mean you don't care if Canada can tune in? I would be interested to know what thought process was behind this move.

We don't get the Hallmark channel, so I must say goodby to Martha's TV show. I've watched the show as much as I could ever since it started. I will really miss it since I've been a huge admirer of Martha over the years.

Loved the vintage fashion couture show with Sorokko and Apfel on Hallmark. Also loved the big turqoise watch Martha was wearing that day. Where can we find it?
Posted by: Kay Price | September 27th, 2010 at 7:01 pm
We've lost the Hallmark Channel altogether! AT&T says it's too expensive to carry. All of southeastern Michigan is suffering this loss!!Surely you can help remedy this disapppointing situation. . .

I have just found out we no longer get our show here in Australia. We did have it on HOw To channel but no longer since you changed to Hallmark there in America...very disappointed, I had pay TV especially to watch your show. Can you please make some arrangements with our pay tv. outlets....we love your show.

Hi Martha,
I am so upset, My carrier AT&T u-verse does not carry the Hallmark Channel in Northern California. I hope you can do something about it.
I miss seeing your shows.
Posted by: Carol | October 1st, 2010 at 10:59 pm
I am disappointed as well that my carrier,AT&T u-verse, was unable to come to an agreement on a contract with the Hallmark channel. How can this happen, when will this be resolved? I love your show and can't believe I can't be part of the season.
Posted by: Heidi | October 6th, 2010 at 1:45 am
Loved your classics, but Hallmark only aired them for about a week, and then started showing reruns of current programming. I live in Lawrenceburg, TN. I don't know if that is everywhere or just here. Wish you would put the classics on DVD. I would buy them and then could watch them whenever I need inspiration for cleaning my house!

i CAN'T GET OVER THE DECISION THAT mslo MADE TO MOVE HER SHOW TO THE HALLMARK CHANNEL - WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT - I GUESS THE VIEWERS WHO CAN NO LONGER VIEW YOUR SHOW WILL WATCH RACHEL RAY INSTEAD.
