Now Available, Digital Issue Subscriptions!
I am extremely pleased and excited to announce the launch of a digital subscription plan for the iPad editions of Martha Stewart Living and Everyday Food magazines. Beginning with the September issues, subscriptions will be available for $12 to $20 per year through the App Store and on marthastewart.com. But, the best part is that current print subscribers will be able to access iPad editions for free! Happy downloading and let us know what you think!

It's a Good Thing that you now have this, but I won't be taking advantage of it for several reasons...lack of knowledge, lack of "equipment" and lack of money.
But, I hope for you the best in this venture.

Martha,
I am a loyal fan and have every issue since 2007 and I am continuing to buy older issues through eBay, I wish I could buy a subscription overseas. I hope you consider this.

Hi Martha,
I get the print editions of both magazines and to get free access on iPad would be great. Unfortunately, I don't have an iPad and I'm not sure I'll be getting one. To tell you the truth, I prefer my magazines in hand - I guess I'm old fashioned. I wish you much luck with this endeavor and no doubt everyone with an iPad will want to subscribe. Trish

Martha,
I got my ipad in February and after previewing the first digital (free) issue I couldn't wait until you made it available via subscription. I was also hoping you would tag that on to the print issues for free as I have been a subscriber for years and love your magazine. I find I don't have the time to sit and read the print issues from cover to cover as I used to and my eyes don't work as well as they used to either so I'm looking forward to being able to have it anywhere via my iPad. I applaud you for doing such a great job of staying current with technology!

Hi Martha, Welcome back from your delightful trip to Israel! Absolutely loved seeing all of your tweets and twitpics during your travel and it was so much fun being there with you through Twitter! I'm sure F,S,&GK are so happy to see you back home!!! Thank you so much for the free issues of the Digital Issues of Martha Stewart Living Magazine and Everyday Dayfood Magazine!! My subscriptions go until Jan. 2014 for MSL and July 2012 for EDF!! How terrific is that?!! I can't believe it! When I renew both magazines, will I get both the printed magazine and the digital app together or would I need to order each one separately? This is so new that I am a little confused, but I will continue to want both the printed and digital magazines. I love my iPad, also! Got to go see what F&S are doing in the greenhouse today! Hope you have a great relaxing day today! Thanks again for all you do for all of us! Jan

The company is still missing one major access to all things Martha, please make the old turkey hill videos available, either via iPad, Netflix, or the website.
It's those original videos that made us love her!

Hi again Martha,
Somehow I missed the link to the animated cover earlier. That was pretty neat watching Pilar's son moving around. Digital is quite amazing! Trish

When are wonderful ideas like this going to be available to MAC users
without iPads? Why can't we have the same accessibility to these
terrific ideas using our MAC desktops and laptops? Could be a whole
new marketplace for Martha Stewart Living!

We are definitely working on it. In fact, we already have the special iPad only launch issue, Boundless Beauty, available as a free desktop application for print subscribers. You can download it by clicking here.

Congratulations. I too wish everyone who has access to the apps. and iPad the enjoyment of your magazines. At one time I "knew" I would carry an iPad, now I am not sure. I have a reputation for dropping things in less than desirable environments and if that is not happening I just plain leave things which others walk away with.

Hi Martha - great news! I am a long time fan and subscriber - I have every (and I mean every) issue of MSL. I loved Boundless Beauty - I viewed it on my Macbook Pro but cannot view later digital issues. Please consider making a laptop version as I do not expect to get an IPAD for quite some time.

It's quite hard to get copies of your magazine in the UK. I don't have an IPad and as MSLO don't seem to offer print subscriptions in the UK it means it's relatively expensive for those outside the USA to get Martha Stewart Living. However like Pefecting Pru (above) I keep buying because of the great content.
A digital issue for PC or MAC that you can subscribe to from anywhere in the world would be really helpful.

Martha, you rock! But we already knew that. Love the IPad version. I can carry all the issues with me that I want. Special thanks for taking care of your current print subscribers by making the digital version available to us along with the print copy. Other magazines should follow your lead. THANKS again!

please make Whole Living an iPad app too! I love this magazine and MS Living is not enough for me alone!

Hi Martha- I love that I can read my subscription digital, but is there any way to get it Kindle friendly too? I see you can download to the iPad but I truly was hoping for looking through the kindle while waiting in my car to pick my kids up from practices, the app regarding cookies and those extras that you offer to subscription holders. Thanks!

I'm a long time print subscriber and would love to see this service available for Android/Kindle owners. I think this would open you up to a much wider (and younger) customer base. Thanks!

My wife is a print subscriber and would love to read "Living" on the iPad as well, but it doesn't seem to be possible from a non-US location. If you're willing to ship the magazine overseas, shouldn't you make it possible to view the iPad edition overseas as well?
