Honoring This Year's 10-Year-Plus Employees
This past Wednesday, I once again hosted a celebration honoring all of the employees who have worked for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia for ten or more years. This is always such an enjoyable evening for me to be in the company of so many talented and creative people who have worked so hard growing our brand. This year’s party was held at the wonderful eatery, Il Buco Alimentari & Vineria, located on Great Jones Street in the Noho section of Manhattan. This year’s numbers: There were seven employees who met their ten-year mark, bringing the total number of this distinguished group to eighty-four. Thank you and congratulations to all of you!

Hi Martha, You not only have the best company I have ever seen, you also have the greatest employees at MSLO! Because of all 84 of the 10+ year faithful ladies and gentlemen working with you, your company is awesome! All of these photos are very special and everyone, including you, looks so happy! I love seeing as many of these great folks on your blogs and on your TV Shows! This must have been a special place to have this event because the food looks so delicious! How fun to see so many who have been there since the beginning of MSLO! Especially nice to see your niece and a sister-in-law! Sure hope all of you have another great day and a fabulous weekend! Off to see The Daily Wag where F,S,&GK are going to Skylands with Uncle Carlos! Sharon, glad you like to see The Daily Wag, too! Ester, thanks for those great photos! Martha, I love those 6 videos you provided for us on the main page of your fantastic website! Seeing some of your original TV Shows again was outstanding and some very funny! Jan

Hi Martha,
It’s always nice to be appreciated the way you and MSLO appreciate your employees. I feel like I know a lot of them from your previous Martha Stewart Living show because they taped many segments with you. It was like watching a close-knit family interact because everyone was always having fun. I enjoyed the remarks that probably weren’t in the script and some even made the bloopers. Cheers to this talented and creative group and to all of MSLO who have taught me so many things. I can still remember some of my emails asking about salt and unsalted butter and what is hardy zone instead of 'hardiness' zone and your staff always answered my ‘dumb’ questions so nicely! Well, I think you get the idea – I appreciate you and your employees very much. Thanks. Trish

Thanks for posting photos of MSLO's 10-year employee dinner. Great photos! Sean Steyer and our son, David Williams, were classmates at Montana State University, Bozeman, MT. One Sunday while visiting at MSU, Sean was entertaining everyone playing the grand piano in the lobby of the dormitory. Interesting thing is that Sean's wrist and one finger were in a cast ...Very talented young man. Again, thanks for sharing. Janice

What a great looking place! I love the rustic, farmhouse style...my favorite! That's a nice looking crowd, all really enjoying themselves. Congratulations, everyone, on your 10 year + anniversary. Martha, you always look great in photographs. Very photogenic.
