The Official Launch Of My One Pot Cookbook at Macy's Herald Square, NYC!
If you‘ve been reading my blog, you know I've been traveling the country and doing the late night television circuit, talking about my newest book - "One Pot: 120+ Easy Meals from Your Skillet, Slow Cooker, Stockpot, and More."
Tuesday night was the official launch of One Pot at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City. So many people turned out for the event and I had a great time signing books and mingling with the very fun and enthusiastic crowd. A lot of research, testing and hard work went into the creation of this book, so it was very rewarding to see how much interest and excitement the one pot concept has generated!
Thanks to Macy's for coordinating and hosting this excellent event! I had a great time getting everyone excited about my amazing new book and hearing all of their very positive feedback! I'm looking forward to hearing yours as well. You can now order your own copy here!
Enjoy the photo gallery and video highlights of the event below. And don't forget to leave your remarks in the comments section.

10 The President of Macy's Inc., Jeff Gennette, gave a lovely introduction to begin our book signing. He spoke about our great partnership and the outstanding products that we offer exclusively at Macy's! macys.com/martha
11 I thanked everyone for coming and for their enthusiastic interest in my book and the innovative one pot concept.
12 Then the signing began!
13 I really enjoy book signings because it gives me an opportunity to actually talk to people about my products and get first-hand feedback.
14 It's a very fun and positive experience all around!
15 Even the Macy's employees that helped out at the book signing were enthusiastic about the release!

17 A few hours later, as the book signing wound down, many Macy's employees headed to the 6th floor to prepare for the next part of the event.
18 The official One Pot launch party! It was held at the Stella 34 Trattoria - a fabulous restaurant at Macy's Herald Square, right on the 6th Floor.
19 Before the party got under way, I wanted to thank all the Macy's employees and executives for all of their support and the excellent planning and coordination that went into making the event such a huge success!
20 Then I took a few photos. Here I am posing with Amanda Kruel, VP, Product Development for Macy's Merchandising Group; Donna Vance, SVP, Textiles for Macy's Merchandising Group; Scott Gabriel, VP, Store Manager for Macy's; and Patsy Pollack, SEVP, Merchandising for MSLO.
21 Scott Gabriel and his team made sure that the store looked fabulous for this event!
22 And finally, the amazing team at my book publisher, Clarkson Potter.
23 Of course, the MSLO camera crew was there to document the event. If you haven't seen the video yet, be sure to view it below.
