10 Jen's dish is Sumac Grilled Chicken with Israeli Couscous Salad. Have you ever cooked with sumac? Sumac comes from the berries of a wild bush that grows in Mediterranean areas and parts of the Middle East. It has a tart flavor that's very nice sprinkled on chicken, or fish.

12 Couscous is a coarsely ground pasta made from semolina, a type of wheat - a very versatile staple in North African cooking. This couscous is prepared with almonds and dried cranberries, and will be served with arugula, parsley and mint. Martha & Marley Spoon allows you to cook with new and interesting ingredients.

19 Here is the recipe card for the Martha & Marley Spoon Roasted Fish & Kimchi Potatoes with Arugula. When was the last time you cooked kimchi? Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables and a variety of seasonings.
