The hardwood floors are sprinkled with saw dust to prevent slipping.
A really nice old chopping block - I still have a similar chopping block that my father's uncle used in his butcher shop many years ago in Jersey City, NJ.
The long meat cases are filled with so much variety. The old tile floor still looks great.

Their wieners are some of the best I've ever tasted, and you know how much I love a good hot dog! These have a good 'pop' when you bite into them and terrific flavor.
This award-winning Bockwurst (weisswurst) is a mild sausage and is a traditional food in Munich during Oktoberfest.
The shop has a large selection of many styles of mustard.
Tins of herring, sardines, and other fish.
An impressive display of all kinds of honey.
It's so much fun to peruse the shelves.
These packages of bacon bits can be used in soups, bean dishes, and even spinach salad!
Trockenwurst is a small, dried, salami type of sausage.
Their cold cuts are unusual and so delicious.

Schaller & Weber's hams are naturally smoked, slowly cooked, cured, and spiced in the old world tradition. They are also low in sodium and are a real pleasure to eat.
The salamis take weeks to craft following their artisan standards - they have rich, full flavors and aromas.
