What It's Like to Travel With Me

Dear Readers,
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my blog.  It’s a fun challenge to prepare and post on a regular basis.  However, this week, my blog team is taking a well-deserved rest and I have decided to repost some of the most popular blogs from the past.  I hope you are all enjoying the summer and staying as cool as can be.

A couple of days ago, I blogged about my adventures at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, held in Miami, Florida.  I thought I would share with you what I did along the way to Miami.  On Thursday of last week, after a vigorous workout, I met my hairstylist, at 8AM.  In between phone calls, I sipped my cappuccino while Laura Acuna, my housekeeper, made fresh fruit salad and hardboiled eggs for the plane ride.  Meanwhile, Annie Fisher, my wardrobe stylist, worked on the final details of the outfits she was packing for my multiple-stop journey ahead.  At 8:30, with bags in car, I departed for Westchester County Airport to meet up with my travelling companions.  We boarded our jet and at 9:00 sharp, we took off for North Carolina, our first destination.  Tomorrow, I will share that with you.
