Triscuit Summer Snackoff Video Shoot

I recently filmed recipe videos at my home in Bedford for the Triscuit Summer Snackoff, which launched last Monday. The Snackoff invites you to create your own innovative recipes using Triscuit crackers, fresh, seasonal ingredients selected by me, and any other ingredients you choose, for a chance to win a trip to New York City, some great prizes and a meet and greet with me! Every two weeks I will announce a new ingredient, for a total of four challenges. Triscuit provided me with a selection of crackers so I developed recipes for each challenge to help inspire you.
