Martha,
The spiny lobster appear to be on ice. They are quite colorful. How are they different from other lobster? How did he Pierre prepare them to eat?
Did you land on that small spot???

I was thinking about Pierre yesterday; like would he even be cooking for anyone with you off to St. Barts. Careful for what you think and of course those are his pictures! I can almost taste the lobster dipped in clarified butter and I bet the JOJO burger is good too. How great to own a fabulous yacht and a helicopter! I hope you are all having a fun time and thanks for the photos. Trish

Hi Martha,
Since I won't be vactioning on anyones yacht in the near or for that matter distant future,
it's nice to live them through your pictures....Did Pierre have some nice drawn butter to go with those lobsters?

You should explain what the MY in front of Skat means. Motor Yacht. Many people may think you are referring to it as mine/my.

The Skat + 1 helicopter + Simonyi + Martha + Chef Pierre + lobster/fine dining = can't get better than that!!! And yet there's more....
Love the Skat architecture w/ what appears to be steel circular stairs.....
What is floating to the right aft?? Almost appears to be a tented platform for dining or fishing?? Awesome sunset setting!!

Hi Martha, Wow! Do you ever have talented people working for you! Pierre's pictures are beautiful. This is the closest I have ever been to a huge yacht and it is magnificent with helicopter and all. Speaking of Simonyi, I just read yesterday that he and Bill Gates contributed 30 million to a fantastic telescope project in Chile that will allow internet users to see magnificent views of the sky in 2015. I can hardly wait! Thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see what you have coming up next. Jan

Good job with the camera. Of course you know it was cute a premier chef taking pictures of a hamburger joint.
