My doggies have some Halloween fun - read their blog!
Have a look at what my doggies F&S wrote about Halloween, I think it is hysterical! Pay them a visit on their very own blog - The Daily Wag and leave them a comment.
Well, it's Halloween time once again and you all know how much Martha likes this holiday. We, Frenchies, also enjoy the festivities, but we must admit that we do get spooked. Even one of the new cats, Empress Tang, experienced a little hair-raising. Come and take a look and happy, spooky Halloween to you!
1 I put on this witch's hat and many spooky things started going on around the farm...
2 It started when we came back from a long walk and found these horrors at the gate! - spiders and a green skeleton!
3 Relax Sharkey, there's nothing to worry about here.
4 You see? This is just fun Halloween stuff.
5 I can't wait for this evening when that candelabra will be glowing!
6 Laura Acuna, did a great job with all of the decorations.
7 Empress Tang wanted to visit the canaries in the brown room but was distracted by this spooky table.
8 Her eyes were drawn to the colorful little pumpkins.
9 She started sliding them around on the plate like it it was some big game.
10 Then she saw the spooky black cat and the human skull!
11 And then she screamed! What a scaredy cat.
12 We decided to go to the brown room ourselves to see what made Empress Tang scream so loud, when we came upon this spiderweb carpet from FLOR. It made us shake.
13 Things DID look kind terrifying in the brown room. Sharkey, this skull is REALLY kind of scary looking.
14 Ooooh - I have goosebumps!
15 Sharkey!! There is a big black spider on your head!
16 But Franny! You have the hand of a skeleton on your head!
17 Sharkey, what's going on here?
18 I can see why Empress Tang was scared of that cat - it looks so mean!
19 Franny, this IS kind of spooky - let's get out of here before it's too late!!

Boo to all this fun Halloween weekend,
Ladies, as always you get to have the most fun. The decorations look fantastic around your home. The witch's hat and capes look bootiful. Mama Martha must be going to have a Halloweeen party???!!!!! You both need to be front and center and model your costumes. Then you will get some TREATS. Yesterday and the day before right here in the city, we got 28 inches of snow. Enjoy your weekend everyone.
Love & licks,
Basil
P.S. I am going to be Sherlock Holmes for Halloween.

Hi Martha,
I am so impressed with the way you get Sharkey and Franny to pose. They are good little girls to oblige you! Sharkey looks so cute in her witch’s hat and I love the way Franny stares at things with her big curious eyes. I just want to hug them both and Empress Tang too. Thanks for sharing your precious pictures and I hope all of you have a fun Halloween! Your decorations are superb! Trish

My little Mandy just finished posting her mewsings over on TheDailyWag. Being the proverbial 'fraidey cat that we all come to expect out of our kittiecat friends and family members, Frannie, Sharkey, and Princess Tang's photos and comments were right down her alley today!
~
(And) Martha...if I were you, noone needs to know that little Princess Tang was playing with the pumpkin-creme candies...just straighten them back up on the plate...noone'll even know! [giggle]

Enjoy this holiday that you love best, Martha! Have wonderful fun!

Hi again,
I forgot to mention that the link to the form needed to make a donation to your wonderful Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mt. Sinai is now available. I just made a small donation and hope to send more next month.

Imagine if every one of your followers sent just $1.00 - the things you could do with those dollars! Here's the link right to the form for anyone else wishing to give to this great organization: http://bit.ly/2fWQpM

Hi Martha, F&S, Laura Acuna& Empress Tang, This was a fabulous blog. All of the Halloween decorations are absolutely the greatest and the expressions on the faces of F&S and Empress Tang are priceless!!! I don't know how you get them to look like they are saying exactly what they say. It's incredible!!! Your show today was really fun. I especially loved the segment about Joey and Jimmy Fallon. They were both fantastic. Where The Wild Things Are was a great theme for today. I remember the book back when I was teaching and the kids really loved it. Happy Halloween everyone. Jan

Nice! I didn't take even one Halloween picture of my dogs but I did make a JibJab video. I was waiting 'til I had my pumpkins but that never happened. Thanks for the inspiration! I'm going to take a few "post" Halloween pictures of Grizwald & Kya later today, before I put my decorations away. Love to Sharkey, Francesca & Princess Tang from two of their "Daily Wag" fans, Grizwald & Kya

I love the photos! My dog, Chili Dawg, was a martial arts expert for Halloween. He has a Facebook Fan Page and loves posting photos and status updates.

I love how amenable Franny and Sharkey are to your wardrobe suggestions. My bullies, Boz & Gracie gave me an ultimatum, "Dress us up in anything but dog bones and a collar and we're out of here."

hi there;
Martha you are a lovely individual whom I admired. I myself is a lover of animals/cooking/baking/gardening/crafts etc. I broke my arm in 1995 and developed RSD and continue to suffer from it, my doctor recommend a pet and thats how we got our "Timmy" shih tzu and had a few birds from Marc in Long Island and I now live in NJ.
I have a nice size yard which I would love to turn into a animal friendly yard, so I really need your help, and I think its something you should expand into (I'll be the first), I've read up alot about you and you are the perfect person. Presently, I feed the birds/deers/stray cats/squirrels/etc. please let me know if its something you would like to pursue. Thank you
Indy
