FRESH FLAVOR FAST!
I wanted to tell you about our latest book, Everyday Food: Fresh Flavor Fast. I think you will find this cookbook to be very useful and practical. With 250 great recipes, this is a book for the way we cook and eat now, with an emphasis on stretching meals. For example, leftovers are used in innovative ways to create new recipes and economical ingredients are blended together with exciting results. There are many reduced calorie recipes that simply don't skimp on flavor, as well as an enticing selection of vegetarian main dishes, not to mention an irresistible assortment of desserts.  Everyday Food: Fresh Flavor Fast - get it for yourself or as a gift for someone else!

Hi Martha, wonderful! just ordered it from Amazon UK, along with couple of your books, will receive them hopefully tomorrow. I am visiting my kids in London. Looking forward to seeing photos from your trip in South Africa. Good luck!

I love the magazine. It is quick and easy cooking. I find the magazine allows me to stay away from cooking the same dishes again and again. As well, it seems to me that the creative part of the themes helps the dished go further. After a long day it is great to keep it fresh and simple. Thanks to te MSLO staff and Martha for another great book. Safe travels back from South Africa! I am looking forward to the photos!

Dear Martha, I will order the book. Planning for everyday meal for a week is a time I allocated on my weekend. I usually grab several recipe books and check what to make for the week. Usually my criteria for meals are easy prep, common ingredients and likable meals by "teens". I like the idea of recipe using left over. I use that system quite a bit.
I also started a Meal diary (with pictures and recipe) where I wrote what I will make for a week and my family rated the meal. They rated them as "Love it" (a repeat), "It is nice" (once in awhile) and "No, thanks" (no repeat). I would love to give this to my boys someday when they have their own family.
Anyway, thank you for the book and I will check other books of yours as well. Enjoy your time in Capetown. Take care. Hilda

Hello, Do to health problems I am on a wheat, gluten, dairy, free diet. I am always looking for and have been creating recipes to keep meals exciting. Any chance of you ever coming out with a recipe book that caters to the ever growing population that has special diets? If so, I would love to send some of my creations to you to try.
Thank you, and have a wonderful day!

I made the pizza from your show. It turned out beautifully, and I'm not normally a good cook. I am finding I'm learning so much from watching you. There is a small drawback to this, however. I am coveting all the tools etc. from your show. I saw the enamel roaster at Macy's, and it is SO heavy and so well made. That will be my next purchase. Do you sell the citrus squeezer at Macy's? It looks easy to use.

The book looks amazing Martha. I can't wait to get my copy! Thank you for inspiring people to cook great food! In this day and age, it's so easy to reach for convenience and not think about the side effects of processed foods! You are a daily inspiration to me...thanks for being YOU!

Hi Martha, What a fabulous book from your Everyday Food group! The photos of the recipes are super and everything looks delicious, as usual. When I go to Costco this weekend, I will buy several so I can share some with my nieces. Sure glad you are having so much fun in South Africa and look forward to your safe return. I know your animals will be so happy to see you and I will anxiously wait for your super blogs! It's another hour+ before I get to see today's TV show, but I will certainly watch it. Continue to have fun! Love, Jan

Hello! I'm writing to thank Martha for helping needy pets. I'm an animal lover, and I would love to make myself to animals in my area. Any help you could be, to advise me on how to go about this. Of course funds are a problem, but I would love it if you could direct me on how to go about this task. Thanks for listening.
Regards,
Patricia Baxter

I am 22 years old working at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream in California. A co-worker of mine and I have started to really focus on our baking skills (She is Italian and comes from a strong cooking background, and I am more of the original baker of the duo), and have been inspired by the movie "Julie and Julia" to bake all the way through your Cupcakes cookbook. I'm sure we are not the first to take on this endeavor, but I just wanted to let you know that we have been inspired by you.

I bought this book Friday and cooked a wonderful breakfast that was a hit with the whole family this morning. I already marked 7 recipes to try over the next 14 days, plus 3 desserts!
