President Bill Clinton, Elton John, Ben Stiller, and Taylor Swift at the Time 100 Gala

On Tuesday evening, May 4^th, 2010, I had the great pleasure of attending the annual Time 100 Gala held at New York City’s Lincoln Center. This event celebrates the 100 people that Time considers to be the most influential in the world. The list has been consolidated into four categories – leaders, artists, thinkers, and heroes. I was invited back as an alumna, having been presented with this great honor back in 2005. I must say that it is most exciting to be in the company of such distinguished individuals from Nobel Peace Prize winners, to political leaders, sports figurers, celebrities, and other do-gooders.
