Cooking With Just One Pot!

Dear Readers,

Last week I was at Macy's on State Street in Chicago to kick off the start of Martha Week and for the exclusive pre-launch event of my new book called One Pot.   It is a fantastic book of recipes--all of which can be made using just one pot!

I hosted a cooking demonstration with MSLO chefs Sarah Carey and Thomas Joseph.  We made three recipes from the book and demonstrated how they could all be easily made using my Enameled Cast Iron Casserole pot.  The first was Arroz Con Pollo, then Linguine with Tomato and Basil, and finally, Corn and Shrimp Chowder.

I had a great time and everyone was so excited about my new book! I hope you are too!

The next stop on the tour will be a book signing on Tuesday, September 23, at Macy's Herald Square in New York City at 6 pm.  I hope to see many of you there!
