The 12th Annual My Dog Loves Central Park Fair With PetSmart
Dear Readers,
This past Saturday, Central Park Paws of the Central Park Conservancy presented the 12th annual My Dog Loves Central Park Fair at the Naumberg Bandshell in Central Park.
Despite a rainy start, the fair attracted more than 2,500 dog owners and featured activities that celebrated the dog community such as trainer tips from Behavior Matters director Parvene Farhoody, games, and the world’s largest dog selfie!
PetSmart has been a sponsor of the fair in past years and we were excited to be able to join them for the first time!
We partnered with SmileBooth and offered dogs and owners a chance to have their pictures taken in Martha Stewart Pets Halloween merchandise. We also gave away about 130 MS Pets Halloween costumes, 1,000 Martha Stewart Pets bandanas, 100 October Martha Stewart Living magazines and two raffle gift baskets valued at $150 each.
The rain eventually subsided and it turned out to be a very fun day for all involved!
