Here I am with Conan O'Brien the other night getting cozy in our new "Good Bed" mattress! What do you think? Do we make a cute couple??

I met Conan one time on Balboa Island,CA just walking around the island...he is sooo tall!
I never realized that on TV!
He makes me laugh too:)

Martha, you're a mess!...this was cute...YOU were cute! I hadn't seen Conan earlier in the week (too late at night!), so I didn't know the "subject matter" during your appearance...my first thoughts, though, went back to (I think) Letterman, when you demonstrated making a bed when Borat was on. I like how you "maintain", when all the suggestive inuendos begin to surface...you behave like a proper lady should! [giggle]
Hi Laura and Eliad, by the way...thank you for all that you do to make this blog possible. You were absolutely swamped yesterday from all the posts regarding yesterday's show on blogging...OMGoodness! As I went back this morning to read the m-a-n-y posts after mine, I wondered how I'll ever get read again on Martha's blog, what with all this competition now! [grin]

Martha, I have ALWAYS thought you two make a cute couple! I remember seeing him on your show several years ago and thinking "now they are cute together, wonder if he's single...." I'm wondering that again today!

Hi Martha, What a great segment from Conan's show! I watched his show that night and this is the only segment that he didn't screw up by putting glitter on something. He is so silly, but you handle him very well. Will he be on your show again this year? Thanks for sharing. Jan

It is simply amazing to watch you always handle yourself with such poise and confidence.Your so comfortable in your skin!
Lately, with all that we face daily it is uplifting and important for us to remember that there is always more GOOD than bad! Everyday if we all would simply walk outside and breathe the fresh air and play a little the world would change. Watching you laugh is a joy! I will pass it on!

Martha, you are always so adorable with Conan. (Love the pose.) I think you need to make this "Good Bed" segment permanent on your show. Everytime you have a handsome guest, well, just let him try out your bed. Hee-hee! And take pictures for us, of course!
This reminds me you just have to get George Clooney on soon. I'd love to see him in the kitchen with you. Grab him next time he's promoting something. Make sure he gets on the bed! Lol!

You know it is so hard to find a good mattress, I'm living in Ireland and am bed hunting at the moment.
I don't suppose the good bed is on sale here yet?
I like the sound of all natural materials, it's all shape memory foam here as the ideal, but I'm not convinced.

Well said, too, Donna (Bishop)...if we all would just take some time to see the wonders around us - nature, laughing children, savoring light-hearted moments [CREATING light-hearted moments!] - we're just so busybusybusy, doingdoingdoing, runninghere-runningthere... We need to take time to refresh and restore, and perhaps take stock in some things that money can't buy. This is why the Lord created the Sabbath...can you imagine how exhausted He was after creating everything?!!! Schwhew!...He needed a breather and some down-time, too!
And yes, Martha's laughter IS infectious, isn't it?!!...it makes one laugh, just to hear her laugh!
A sense of humor is a true gift...many don't have it, nor were they raised with it in the home...
I'm content being me...admittedly goofy!
