Exercising with Power Plate
One of the things I do to stay healthy and fit is to make sure I exercise every single day. Aside from eating right and getting enough sleep, exercise keeps me trim and boosts my energy. Most of my workouts are done early in the morning in my home gym, with my personal trainer, Mary.
Yesterday, I used my newest Power Plate. It’s a great piece of exercise equipment that utilizes whole body vibration technology to activate more muscles and to intensify workouts. It works on all the different muscle groups to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve circulation - it even provides a massage at the end of my session. In fact, Power Plate is engineered to address many wellness and fitness needs, from restoring and maintaining optimal health to providing anti-aging treatments and physical rehabilitation. It’s an excellent exercising enhancing machine that can be used by adults of every age and ability.
I always enjoy using my Power Plate. Here are a few photos showing some of the movements I’ve incorporated into my routine over the years.

You look wonderful in your work our clothes! Resist urge to buy boat, boxwood, or bulky exercise equipment has been a motto. Learned from Sophie, Yoga mat is cheap and takes little space.

This looks like a fabulous piece of equipment...how affordable is it? I try to exercise most days of the week on my elliptical (I hate it but know that it allows for a good workout) and treadmill. This new thing would be really nice to use along with those two - maybe split the time up equally so it would keep it more interesting. You were smiling alot so it can't be all bad! Keep up the good work because you do look healthy and fit.

Your legs and hips are so slim. That is where I carry my weight. How many days per week does Mary come to you?

Wow, you certainly have a sophisticated gym in your house. Do you really use all that equipment? Having a personal trainer and such high tech, expensive exercise equipment will keep you in tip top shape and living well past 100!! I would not even have a room in my house that the Power Plate would fit in, let alone be able to afford one!! Yes, I did get my exercise in today, but the old fashioned way .... I walked.

Hi Brilliant Martha! WOW! I have never seen such a terrific item such as your power plate that you use to improve all of your body so that you feel much stronger and perfectly well able to improve your terrific body at your Beautiful Bedford Farm at least 2 terrific times a week! Every photo that you shared today about using your power plate is absolutely marvelous to see and you looked so happy in many of those photos! How nice that your friend Mary was able to help you enjoy your power plate and you are much stronger because of it and in great shape! Seeing Francesca and Sharkey while you used your power plate was terrific and they had fun resting while you were working so well! I have never had a power plate, but I do think it would be great to use to improve myself so my body would be stronger! Congratulations to you and you look so terrific! Sure hope you have another great day! God Bless You, Mary, and F&S! I absolutely loved seeing it all today! Love, Jan

Always learn something new from U Martha! Not tried this machine but would if the opportunity presented itself. Haven't seen it in too many gyms, etc. Expensive piece of equipment. Exercise is anti aging in whatever fashion you choose.

Hi Martha,
What a great piece of equipment. Exercise room could rival any gym. Know now why you are in such good shape. Continued exercise and good health for years to come.
Do no have room in my apartment nor could afford one. To top it all off, body filled with arthritis/bursitis and can hardly walk without a cane.
Thanks for sharing and have a good day,
Sheila
