Celebrating Sisters on my TV Show
Perhaps you saw my television show on Tuesday, which was a celebration of sisterhood and the entire show, was dedicated to this special bond. The audience members were all sisters, who dressed in coordinating colors. Sister guests Victoria and Marianne Hagan shared some inspiring examples of Victoria’s signature crisp, uncluttered home design. Author and sociolinguist Deborah Tannen explained what sister-sister conversations reveal about this important familial relationship. And sisters Katherine Kallinis and Sophie LaMontagne of DC Cupcakes shared one of their delicious recipes. I was very happy that my own younger sister, Laura, was in the audience. Please enjoy some pictures from the show, as well as some of our old family photos.
