Chef Jean-Georges' Exciting New Restaurant

My friend, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, has a brand new restaurant to add to his awesome list of international eateries.  Last Tuesday, The Inn At Pound Ridge opened for business in Pound Ridge, New York, near my home in Bedford. A few days prior, I was thrilled to be invited to the soft opening and asked several friends and family members to join me for, what was, a magnificent dinner.  The menu features farm-to-table American cuisine, with local purveyors providing many of the ingredients.  The dishes we sampled rang true to Jean-Georges’ simple, but elegant style – the food was impeccably prepared, beautifully presented, and utterly delicious!
