A Tribute to My Dear Friend, Joan Rivers
I am deeply saddened by the passing of my dear friend Joan Rivers. When I heard the news yesterday, I immediately began reflecting on all the outrageously funny and wonderful times we spent together on my show. She was a truly remarkable woman who possessed the gift of laughter and she had a zealous passion to share it with the world. I am laughing just thinking of her now... and that's the way she would want it. I know that even in her death she would want all of her family, friends and fans to find a way to laugh, so please honor her with me by viewing the many times she and I mixed it up for the camera over the years. I will miss my dear friend Joan, but will always remember her this way.
