I Hosted A Party For Dom Pérignon - Part Four
For my fourth and final blog on the Dom Perignon party that I hosted at Lily Pond for the launch of their new P2 Vintage 1998 champagne, I'm sharing a few photos of me mingling with my guests, the dinner on the porch and the delicious desserts that followed. The exquisite vintage was presented to us between the first and second courses, prepared by chef, Pierre Schaedelin. Everyone enjoyed the mingling, the food and especially the bubbly! It was an honor to host the release party for Dom Perignon’s extraordinary new P2 Vintage. It was truly an evening to remember!
The dinner location was set on the front porch of the house. The table setting was elegant and inviting!
The tall pillar candles in hand-blown glass hurricanes along the border of the pool was an elegant touch and created a festive ambiance.
Another great touch was the beautifully lit dome and the Dom Perignon P2 Vintage 1998 shield. This photo was taken from the 3rd floor of the house.
Here is my publicist, Susan Magrino talking to Katie Couric and her husband John Molner - all enjoying the newly launched P2 Vintage 1998.
The first course was marinated salmon on buckwheat blinis with smoked cream and sturgeon caviar on potato blinis.
Served in a Tajine, the second course was couscous royale; chicken, merguez sausage, citrus lamb loin; ras el hanout, spiced nine vegetable broth; and semolina couscous grains with golden raisins.
Of course my Chow Chow, Genghis Khan was well received as well. Here he is posing with Nancy Rosenberg.
Here I am posing for a photo with Nancy and Adam Rosenberg and Mark Advent and Karina Frangulyan.
Pierre created a beautiful dessert buffet. Some desserts included pana cotta with passion fruit and mango, lemon curd on meringues, and a chocolate salted caramel tart.
