The First Winter Storm of 2016

It’s finally looking like winter here in the Northeast.

Over the weekend, winter storm “Jonas” covered much of the area with more than two-feet of snow. In fact, it was the second largest snowstorm on record for New York City, dropping more than 26-inches of powder in Central Park.

Heavy snow and high winds also hit my Bedford farm - more than an inch of snow fell per hour from Saturday morning until late that night. Many of my commitments were canceled, so I decided to get into my truck and plow all the roads on the property myself - and of course, take some photos. I had a great time indeed. Enjoy...
